Germantown Kitchen Remodel Open Concept

This Germantown home was built in 1964. We removed the upper part of the wall and created an inviting bar top. Completely opens up the feel directly into the den. We installed new tile floors. Painted the existing cabinets. Built custom cabinet to compliment a full size microwave and convection oven combo. We recessed some cabinets into the wall. We converted a 24’’ electric cook top to a 36’’ gas range and installed a 36’’ vent hood. We added some can lighting and granite counter tops and called it a day. Another budget friendly kitchen renovation.
